AI-powered last-mile delivery optimization system built for HackHelix 2025. Predicts delivery failure probability using XGBoost ML models, scores customer reliability, and re-optimizes routes in real-time via WebSockets and Twilio SMS alerts. Targets reducing delivery failures from 18–22% to under 6%.
